About JAILS LLP

The JUS ARBITRI & INFINITE LEGAL SERVICES LLP shortly known as “JAILS” is an institutional Arbitration established in the year 2021 by two aspiring first generation Advocates with an intention to facilitate, flexible and impartial administration of arbitration and other ADR proceedings.

The JAILS has framed their own rules namely “JAILS RULES 2021” with a view to safeguard the interest of parties and enable parties to amicably resolve their disputes.

The Rules of JAILS encourage speedy and expeditious disposal of claims referred to the Institution. Further the rules contain the Emergency Arbitration in order to provide for theurgent needs of the parties by granting interim and conservatory relief.

The JAILS panel of arbitrators consists of eminent legal personalities including Retired Judges of the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts of India, Retired District and Sessions Judges, Senior Advocates, Advocates, Engineers, Architects, etc. JAILS have a web portal namely www.jailsllp.com for resolving disputes through online (ODR).

What we do?

  • The JAILS conduct national as well as international arbitration for resolving various commercial disputes of clients.
  • JAILS appoint a panel of eminent arbitrators from India and Abroad.
  • To strictly adhere to the arbitration rules as envisaged in Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and other allied laws.
  • To recommend clauses for dispute resolution through arbitration or ADR mechanism, or a combination of both. Further, design such clauses to cover future disputes and also for agreements made after a dispute has arisen, thus to provide for JAILS administered dispute resolution.
  • To conduct arbitration in a cost effective way and also ensure speedy settlement of commercial disputes.
  • To facilitate and provide administrating services end to end.
  • To monitor the arbitral process to make certain that it is performed properly and with the required speed and efficiency necessary
  • To oversee the emergency proceedings before the start of the arbitration.
